CANCELLATION BY PARENT

Cancellation and refund policies vary by class. Please note cancellation and refund policy within the registration page. Cancellation policies are also emailed in each of our payment receipt emails.

CANCELLATION BY CREST

Crest Robotics and Computing Academy reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Parents will be given notice on a class with low enrollment to the email address provided during registration. If a class is cancelled, we will work with you to potentially place your child in another alternate class. If a mutually acceptable alternative is unavailable, a full refund will be made to the paying parent.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will not be issued for a child missing a scheduled class. If your child is attending a class in one of the ISD schools or private schools, and the school declares a holiday or prohibits Crest to conduct a class on a certain day, no refund will be offered. Crest will make reasonable efforts to offer a makeup class either virtually or in person.

SCHEDULE AND INCLEMENT WEATHER MAKE UP DAYS

Crest Robotics and Computing Academy follows the school district calendar it operates in. We will not have classes during holiday weeks. In the unlikely event we are unable to operate our in-person class due to inclement weather, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative online class or a makeup class. We will not be offering any refunds if your child is unable to attend the makeup class.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR MISSED PAYMENTS

An administrative fee of $25 will be due for any missed payments.

LATE FEE FOR IN-PERSON PROGRAMS

A late charge of $15 per 10 minutes will be assessed for students not picked up within 15 minutes after the program ends.

DISMISSAL POLICY FOR IN-PERSON PROGRAMS

Authorized Parents/Caregivers must sign children out of programs. The only people that your child will be released to are those listed on your information form. All persons authorized to pick up students must be at least 16 years of age. If someone other than a parent will pick up your child, please give us prior written notice. If there is an emergency and no one on your list can pick up your child, the primary parent/guardian must call Crest Academy or the school to allow another adult to pick up the child or send a signed note of authorization with that person.
